1General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the bj7.top website and its mobile application. They constitute a legally binding agreement between the operating entity of bj7 ("we" or "bj7") and the user ("you" or "member").

Accessing, registering for, or using any service on bj7 means you have read and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using bj7's services. bj7 reserves the right to update these terms at any time — members will be notified of changes wherever reasonably possible.

• These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version is the legally binding one.
• bj7 reserves the right to review any member's account at any time.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with bj7, the following conditions must be met. Violations may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

• You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.
• The name, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

• Keeping your password confidential is entirely the member's responsibility.
• Sharing account access with or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of another person is a violation of our terms.

3Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at bj7 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (available from Platinum VIP tier).

• Minimum deposit is ৳500 (bKash / Nagad / Rocket).
• Deposits are usually instant — however, payment gateway delays may occasionally take up to 30 minutes.
• For a failed deposit, please contact support with the transaction ID.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• A single withdrawal is capped at ৳10,000 until KYC verification is completed.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements have been met.
• If fraud is suspected, bj7 may temporarily place a hold on a withdrawal for review.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers at bj7 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus means you agree to those terms.

• The wagering multiplier and validity period for each bonus are clearly stated in the Bonuses section.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed on a single deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — once wagering requirements are fulfilled, the amount is transferred to your main balance.
• If bonus abuse — such as arbitrage betting or bonus hunting — is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Wagering contribution rates vary by game — slots typically count at 100%, Live Casino at 20%–50%, and Sports Betting at 50%–100%.
• Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled and cannot be extended.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

Bj7 offers a range of gaming options including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, fishing games, and more. The following general rules apply across all categories.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended (with less than 50% of play completed), the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.
• If a match is settled using the D/L method, bets will be settled according to that result.
• If a technical error is detected in the odds, bj7 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

• All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG).
• If your game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, your session is saved — you can pick up right where you left off once you reconnect.
• If a software bug or display error results in an abnormal win, bj7 will review the case and determine the correct payout amount.

6Identity Verification (KYC)

Bj7 reserves the right to verify the identity of any member when required. Some services may be restricted until the KYC process is completed.

• KYC requires a scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport, along with a selfie photo.
• Once KYC is completed, verification is permanent — it does not need to be repeated.
• Submitting false KYC information will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
• KYC information is strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

7Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bj7 platform. Any account found engaging in them will be permanently closed.

• Unauthorised access or attempted access to another member's account.
• Running multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Placing bets through match-fixing or the use of insider information.
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Using abusive, threatening, or misleading language in live chat.

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Bj7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account. However, members are generally given the opportunity to provide an explanation before such a decision is made.

• Terms violations may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.
• If fraud is suspected, an account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is underway.
• In the case of permanent closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
• If you wish to appeal an account closure decision, you may submit a request to support@bj7.top.
• Members can also request account closure at any time — just contact Support.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

Bj7 is deeply committed to Responsible Gaming. We want every member to play for fun — not out of financial pressure or addiction.

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set from your account settings.
• To take a cooling-off break, you can deactivate your account for a set period via settings or by contacting support.
• Applying for permanent self-exclusion will result in the account being closed for good.
• Registering an account is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age — if detected, the account and its balance will be forfeited.
